The Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) is a voluntary welfare organization who provides a wide array of service for dyslexics in Singapore. DAS multi- disciplinary team of specialists provides support for over 3000 preschool, primary and secondary school students in 13 centres all over Singapore.

Besides the main literacy programme, DAS also provides support in Mathematics, Chinese, English, Exam Skills and Speech and Drama Arts. Early identification and early intervention of learning differences is vital.

Dyslexia is a learning difficulty that inhibits a child’s ability to read and write, they might also have memory difficulties and directional issues. Dyslexia can occur alongside other difficulties like ADHD, auditory processing disorder and speech and language issues.

Let’s work together to give the gift of education. YOU can:-
1. Help raise funds to support our students from lower income families (Organize meaningful and impact activities like Charity Run, Concert, Street Sales etc)
2. Create Awareness about Dylsexia and how DAS help our students
3. Help to level the playing fields for students from lower income families.
YOU too, can make someone’s dream come true!

Intended use of funds through the YFC 2018 programme

Engaging and involving the YFC participants
