Description of Organization

Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is a leading charity that provides home healthcare services in Singapore, regardless of our patients’ ability to pay. Dedicated to all-round support for our patients, HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes to look after patients’ emotional well-being and healthcare needs. Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres and Active Ageing Centre (Care) offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help out elderly stay independent in their own community.

Intended use of funds through the YFC 2023 programme

The funds raised will be used to support our underprivileged patients who require medical care needs and/or end-of-life care in the comfort of their homes.

Engaging and involving the YFC participants

HNF will be inviting the student volunteers to interact and conduct activities for our seniors in both Senior Care Centre and Active Ageing Centre.
