Description of Organization

Founded in 1976, HNF is a leading charity that provides home healthcare services in Singapore, regardless of our patients’ ability to pay. Dedicated to all-round support for our patients, HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes to look after patients’ emotional well-being and healthcare needs. Our HNF Wellness Day Care & Rehabilitation Centres and Active Ageing Centre (Care) offer an array of social activities, social support and holistic healthcare services to help out elderly stay independent in their own community.

Intended use of funds through the YFC programme

Funds raised will be used to support our patients with home healthcare services.

Engaging and involving the YFC participants

We will be inviting the students over to our Active Ageing Centre (Care) to interact and engage seniors with activities. We will also guide the students in planning effective and meaningful activities for our seniors.
