Description of Organization

Founded in 1996, Bethesda Care Services (BCS) is a charity with Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status. We started with a vision of reaching out and meeting the needs of the community in Bedok area. Since then, BCS has been serving the children, youths, families and the elderly in need within our community. Our range of services include providing affordable before-and-after school care services through the Student Care Centre (SCC); caring for the ageing needs of seniors through the Elderly Services; guiding families and youths in life’s challenges through BCS @ College East, YouthSpace and Family Services, as well as assisting families through the Welfare Services.

Intended use of funds through the YFC programme

BCS is dedicated to serving the needs of our beneficiaries and the community around us. Funds raised will go towards operational costs and programme fees.

Engaging and involving the YFC participants

Through the years, we (BCS staff) have always approached this YFC project with a win-win mentality. We are committed to coach and mentor the students involved to ensure they achieve the goals that they set initially. We will be there to journey with the students every step of the way, from getting to know one another, till the finish line at the awards ceremony.
