Description of Organization

In 1996, Bethesda Care Services (BCS) was started with a vision of reaching out and meeting the needs of the community in Bedok area. Since then, BCS has been serving the children, youths, families and the elderly in need within our community.

Our range of services include providing affordable before-and-after school care services through the Student Care Centre (SCC); caring for the ageing needs of seniors through the Elderly Services; guiding families and youths in life’s challenges through excITE and Family Services, as well as assisting families through the Welfare Services.

Intended use of funds through the YFC 2023 programme

Funds raised will go towards operations and program costs. Bethesda Care Services aims to provide quality social services to the clients we serve, and funds raised through Youth for Causes will help us curate and design new programs and initiatives to better serve their needs.

Engaging and involving the YFC participants

Student teams will be engaged through orientation of the organisation, and be partnered with a dedicated staff to guide and mentor them throughout their YFC journey. We believe in helping the youths grow in their character as well as soft skills through this project.
