Description of Organization

Boys’ Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for war-torn orphans, imparting education and life skills to them. Over the years, we have expanded to provide a continuum of services serving children and youth in-need. Boys’ Town’s services now include residential care, fostering, youth outreach, adventure therapy, respite care and clinical intervention. Boys’ Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youth who come from disadvantaged and disengaged families who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, financial struggles, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys’ Town works with over 1,000 children and youths.
With more than 75 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys’ Town equips the children and youths in need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.

Intended use of funds through the YFC programme

Funds raised through YFC 2025 will go towards supporting Boys’ Town’s programmes and operations.

Engaging and involving the YFC participants

We would be delighted to welcome the YFC group for a guided tour of Boys’ Town by offering a tour of our history, facilities, and the heart behind our work. This experience will provide the YFC team with a deeper understanding of our mission and the impact we strive to make for children and youth in need.
Beyond the tour, we are committed to supporting the YFC team every step of the way. We will be available to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed. To foster a meaningful partnership, we can also arrange monthly check-ins to ensure ongoing engagement, collaboration, and alignment with shared goals. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of the children we serve.
