Team Reflections

Having participated in this project, I learnt a lot of things that I can never learn inside the classroom. I had to encourage and guide the volunteers throughout the events, and meet the expectations of others. Additionally, I had to build up my courage and self-confidence to communicate effectively and confidently with the customers, vendors, team members, volunteers, lecturers and supervisors. These soft skills that I have learnt are an important element to prepare for my future, such as going for interviews and making presentations.
